During my time at Bazooka, I worked as a front-end developer on a significant project for LKAB, a leading mining company. The collaboration between Bazooka and LKAB aimed to enhance LKAB's digital presence by developing a dynamic digital platform that aligns with their new brand guidelines. This project focused on creating user-centered experiences to increase international traffic and job applications.
Goal and Scope
The primary goal was to develop a scalable technical solution implemented across all LKAB group websites. This involved refining the brand's guidelines and establishing a new digital universe for LKAB. The project emphasized simplifying communication for editors and making it easier for visitors to understand LKAB's offerings and career opportunities.

Key achievements included a 638% increase in international traffic, a 93% rise in job applications, and a 103% boost in traffic from Google. These results were verified through data analysis and measurement tools, demonstrating the project's success in meeting its objectives.
User-Centered Navigation
The project also involved creating a simplified navigation system that considers different user behaviors and interests. This needs-based structure improved usability by catering to visitors' knowledge levels, contrasting with the previous internal-focused structure.
